If the name Mark Crissinger sounds familiar it should. After 20 years of playing 1500 shows with his bands in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes he has spent the last ten years building a solo career here on Vancouver Island. Since 2010 he has played 120 shows a year, released six studio albums, three live albums, and been nominated for a Maple Blues Award. Music from his last three albums can be heard around the world.
The Mark Crissinger Band is a contemporary blues band featuring an all-star cast of musicians from Nanaimo that ignites audiences every time they play. When you combine fresh ideas, excellent musicianship, and audience participation the result is a good time for everyone. We will have fun!
